Mr. Rastogi concentrates his practice on estate planning and estate administration, business law, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and immigration law. He is frequently invited to speak on estate planning and business law matters. He works extensively with physicians, contractors, and closely held businesses. Mr. Rastogi was born in Chandigarh, India and is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.

Following law school, Anuj worked at one of Kentucky's largest CPA firms and worked in matters involving estate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, partnership taxation and corporate taxation.
