Bill V. Seiller is the senior litigation partner in Seiller Waterman LLC.
Although he is now devoting his full time to litigation, Bill has experience
in many areas of law, including land use, labor, and family law. In the course
of his practice, he has obtained appellate decisions which have established
Kentucky precedents in divorce, land use, workers’ compensation, personal
injury, and contract law. A native of Louisville, he received his undergraduate
degree from the College of Commerce at the University of Kentucky, his law
degree from the University of Illinois, and he attended graduate school at
the University of Louisville School of Business. He is a member of the American,
Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers
of American (now American Association for Justice), Municipal Attorneys League,
and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys (now Kentucky Justice Association).
Bill V. Seiller is a civil litigator who has practiced in both State and
Federal Courts for almost 50 years. Bill continues to maintain an active
practice in tort, commercial, zoning and diverse litigation.
