Christopher A. Bates has a regional litigation practice devoted primarily to Commercial and debtor/creditor issues. Mr. Bates also litigates cases in the personal injury, intellectual property and criminal arenas. Mr. Bates is licensed to practice before all Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
