Carl Frederick has had an active law practice for the past 34 years in personal
injury, medical malpractice, insurance claims denial, construction torts
and commercial torts. Carl is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the
National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has received the highest peer review
rating of Martindale Hubbell in competency and ethics of AV. Carl has written
and edited three books for other lawyers including: Medical Malpractice Law
in Kentucky; Trying the Traumatic Brain Injury Case: Principles and Practice;
Kentucky Automobile Forms Manual. He has spoken at numerous seminars, both
locally and nationally instructing other lawyers in his areas of special
interest.
Carl Frederick received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Vanderbilt University, and his law degree from the Brandeis School of
Law at the University of Louisville. He has been licensed to practice in
Kentucky, including all state and federal courts, since 1973.
