Paul Hershberg graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991, and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1996. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil appellate practice, as well as commercial and insurance litigation. While Paul maintains an active and diverse docket of litigation cases, his primary emphasis is on research and writing. He has briefed matters in all of the state courts of Kentucky, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court, on topics including bankruptcy, insurance coverage, environmental law, toxic tort, as well as Constitutional issues including free speech rights under the First Amendment.
