Adi Trbonja practices in the business area. He works closely with the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group, representing creditors and troubled companies in connection with corporate workouts, bankruptcies and restructurings, both under consensual, non-bankruptcy arrangements and in bankruptcy court. He also represents lenders and other investors in structuring, negotiating and closing complex loan transactions and equity investments.
Mr. Trbonja is fluent in the Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English languages, conversant in Turkish, Macedonian and Slovenian, and also literate in the Cyrillic alphabet.
