Tyler Yeager, a Newport, Kentucky native, joined Seiller Waterman's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group in 2008. He received a degree in journalism from the University of Kentucky before earning his J.D. at the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. During law school, Tyler cut his teeth on the Bankruptcy Code as a consumer advocacy intern at the Legal Aid Society of Louisville and as a student volunteer at the office of the U.S. Trustee in Indianapolis. He also worked as a research assistant to IU Law faculty, participated in moot court competitions and advocated for victims of domestic violence as a member of the Protective Order Project.

Ty lives in Louisville with his lovely new wife and their faithful dog, Jibber.
