Mr. Rastogi is a Partner at Seiller Waterman LLC. Anuj focuses his practice on estate planning and estate administration, corporate and business law, and mergers and acquisitions. Anuj has nearly 15 years of extensive experience in advising closely held businesses, medical practices, construction companies, and individuals on contract negotiations, employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and real estate matters. Anuj is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.

Following law school, Anuj worked at one of Kentucky's largest CPA firms and worked in matters involving estate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, partnership taxation and corporate taxation.
