Charity Neukomm joined the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group in 2010. Prior to joining Seiller Waterman, Charity practiced in Atlanta with a boutique bankruptcy firm focusing primarily on the representation of debtors and trustees. Upon relocating to Louisville in 2008, Charity joined a creditors rights firm in Louisville focusing her practice on the representation of creditors in both the bankruptcy courts and state courts. In addition to her regular bankruptcy and commercial litigation practice, Charity also enjoys representing clients in suits initiated under the Perishables Agricultural Commodities Act.

Charity graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2001. She graduated from the Georgia State University School of Law in May 2005. While in law school, Charity received honors designations for litigation and the C.A.L.I. awards for litigation and sports law. Also during law school, Charity clerked with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia in the white collar crime division practicing under the Third Year Practice Act.

In her free time, Charity enjoys spending time with her family getting to know their new hometown of Louisville.
