Lynn Watson focuses her practice on all aspects of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters deriving from personal injury, employment practices and business disputes. Lynn is vested with a valuable and unique perspective, having actively engaged in a regional insurance defense practice for a number of years before joining Seiller Waterman's litigation team. As a result, she has the exceptional ability to evaluate her client's claims from both perspectives and is particularly well versed in matters involving insurance coverage and practices, including bad faith. Lynn has tried cases in a variety of jurisdictions across the Commonwealth of Kentucky at both the state and federal level, and, although her focus is on trial work, she has successfully argued before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
