Attorneys

"Robby" joined the Seiller Waterman's Estate Planning and Asset Protection Group in April 2011. His practice is devoted to estate planning and administration, corporate transactions, and tax planning and controversy. Prior to joining Seiller Waterman, Robby practiced law in Colorado, where he focused on corporate and tax matters.

Robby holds an LLM in taxation from the University of Denver. Prior to earning his LLM, he received his law degree from the University of Louisville, where he served as the Notes Editor for the University of Louisville Law Review, as a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Education, as a member of the Moot Court and Professional Skills Board, and as President of the University of Louisville's chapter of the Federalist Society. Before attending law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Brigham Young University.

When not practicing law, Robby enjoys reading, exercising, and playing sports. He is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish. He and his wife, Shannon, are the parents of one son, Miles.
