Su H. Kang joined Seiller Waterman in its family law group coming from a successful private practice. Before receiving her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, Ms. Kang received her Journalism degree from Indiana University. Ms. Kang's practice involved divorce, child support, custody of children, spousal maintenance, division of property and debt as well as domestic violence issues. She is dedicated to protecting her client's rights and helping them navigate the complicated world of divorce and family law.
In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Kang also assists the Legal Aid Society representing the children who appear before the family court on child protective, termination of parental rights and juvenile delinquency petitions. Ms. Kang’s role of juvenile rights attorneys acting as “Guardian ad Litem” is to provide legal representation, express clients’ wishes to the court, and safeguard the interests and legal rights of these children.
