Tyler Yeager joined Seiller Waterman in 2008 after earning his J.D. at Indiana University – Bloomington School of Law. As a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group, Tyler has represented both debtors and creditors involved in chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Tyler devotes the majority of his practice to the protection of businesses, families and entrepreneurs facing financial hardship. Whether he is helping a Kentuckiana family save their home from foreclosure or a local businesses stay open to preserve its employees' jobs, Tyler is proud to represent debtors in their time of need. In his commercial bankruptcy practice, Tyler has successfully assisted small businesses and multi-million dollar corporations in complex reorganizations, including transportation companies, restaurants, manufacturers and telecommunication firms. Tyler's consumer practice is equally as broad, where he has guided numerous homeowners, business owners and other hard-working individuals to their "fresh start" under the Bankruptcy Code.

Beyond his practice in the bankruptcy courts throughout the region, Tyler regularly counsels businesses and individuals on the implications of a bankruptcy filing by customers, tenants and vendors, and provides his clients with the insight to respond accordingly. Because of his well-rounded, yet debtor-oriented practice, Tyler's non-debtor clients are able to rely on his insight to preserve valuable business relationships while minimizing their own exposure to the risks of default.
