Alan Linker has an extensive estate and gift planning practice representing corporate executives, their families and high net worth individuals in the implementation of their wealth transfer arrangements. In each matter, Alan focuses on the client's wishes for the practical disposition of his or her assets at death or during life, and the elimination or minimization of transfer taxes utilizing various acknowledged planning vehicles and techniques.
Alan also focuses his practice in corporate and business law, including acquisitions, business formation, entity structuring and commercial litigation, as well as domestic relations litigation for high net worth individuals. In the area of commercial litigation, Alan has achieved several significant decisions from the Kentucky Supreme Court.
