C. Shawn Fox has a diverse practice in estate planning and administration, intellectual property and litigation. His practice focuses on designing and implementing estate plans, including wills and trusts, and administering probate estates and trusts. Mr. Fox also focuses on prosecuting trademark and copyright registration applications and litigating trademark and copyright infringement.
Mr. Fox has lectured to community and professional groups on estate planning, probate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianship and estate planning for seniors, as well as basic intellectual property law.
