Glenn Cohen concentrates his practice on commercial and civil litigation, focusing on matters involving banking, securities, and employment litigation, business and contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, condemnation proceedings, toxic tort litigation, insurance bad faith claims, and personal injury claims.
In addition to securing numerous substantial jury verdicts for his clients, Mr. Cohen has argued successfully in the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court, the Federal Sixth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. A well-respected litigator, and formidable advocate, Mr. Cohen has helped establish legal precedent in several areas of the law, including sovereign immunity, First Amendment rights, commercial law and employment law. Because he represents both plaintiffs and defendants, he brings a balanced perspective to all facets of his clients’ needs in any legal representation.
