Attorneys

Joseph H. Cohen has a national commercial real estate practice devoted to land transactions (including acquisition, development, financing and operations), zoning and land use procedures, title matters, leasing and condemnation proceedings. Mr. Cohen also represents clients in construction law, energy law, and corporate business transactions.

Joe actively serves on community organizations and board memberships. He served on the boards of directors of a number of organizations involved in real estate transactions.
