Robyn Smith attended University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2008. Robyn received her Bachelor of Science degree with highest distinction in 2005 from Indiana University.
Robyn began her tenure with Seiller Waterman as a law clerk in 2006. As a clerk, Robyn researched and drafted numerous legal memoranda, preparing briefs for submission to federal and state trial and appellate courts. As one of Seiller Waterman's newest litigation attorneys, Robyn continues to pursue her clients' interests through avid written and oral advocacy.
While in law school, Robyn competed in moot court competitions, served on editorial boards, conducted research for professors, won writing competitions, and was generally very active in law school. The energy with which she tackles all challenges is just as apparent in her current practice. Robyn's practice focuses on commercial litigation, civil tort actions, intellectual property, and civil liberties.
In addition to her law practice, Robyn remains active in academics, serving as an adjunct economics professor for Indiana University and a writing mentor for Central High School's Law and Government Magnet.
Robyn lives in Louisville with her young daughter, their three cats, many bookshelves, and a perennially warm kitchen.
